Most Blue Illusion boutiques have now re-opened and are operating in line with government advice to protect all customers. Your safety is our top priority, and we have implemented the following measures in all stores to create a comfortable shopping environment.
- Masks to be worn for all Victorian stores
- Social distancing of at least 1.5 metres at all times
- Limiting store capacity to four people per store
- Increased cleaning of surfaces and strict hygiene practices
- Hand sanitiser available at all stores
- Encouraging contact-less payment options
Our online store is still operating as usual, and we have made it easier for customers with free Express Post delivery on all orders over $75.

Victorian store update
Due to the Victorian Government's recent announcement of increased restrictions, all Melbourne stores will be temporarily closed from the 5th August until further notice.

Please know that our regional stores are here to help all Victoria customers. Our friendly staff members are able to place orders over the phone to be delivered to any address.
Our online store is still operating as usual, to support customers no matter how they choose to shop.
If you are unable to return your item(s) to one of our opened stores, please hold on to your in-store purchase until our boutiques re-open.
All Victorian customers will be eligible for extended 60 day returns on full price and sale items, and 30 days for clearance styles.
