Unfortunately, there are some instances where we will be unable to process the payment for your order.
This is generally because of an error with the card details (e.g. incorrect expiry date), there being insufficient funds available, or, occasionally, a system error.
This can also occur if your order is an exchange and you paid for the original order via PayPal.
To allow us to try and process the payment again, you will be provided with an emailed link and instructions on how to resubmit the order.
