Thank you for shopping with Blue Illusion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for full-price and sale items. This 30 day requirement does not apply where the item is defective, is not what you ordered, or does not match the product description, in which case the period for returns will be extended to a reasonable period. Return to the online store
- Complete the Returns and Exchange form enclosed with your order, filing in the quantity, and returns reason.
- Specify whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Pack your item(s) with tags still attached along with the completed returns form, then take your parcel to any Australian Post Office (for orders placed within Australia) or New Zealand Post Office (for orders placed within New Zealand).
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of receiving your return.
- Items purchased in the Clearance/Outlet section online are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, unless they are defective (other than through your misuse) or you have received the wrong item.

- Australia Post and PBT Courier delivery times to Blue Illusion are out of our control and may take up to 2 weeks to reach Blue Illusion.
